Refunds on Instructions

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience a legitimate issue with your instructions, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Provide a receipt of purchase along with photos and you will receive a newly designed set of instructions FREE of charge or a FULL REFUND. ​​​​

Examples include:

• Corrupt or damaged files

• Instructions are unclear or missing steps

• Design flaws or Major visual errors

Refunds/Cancellations on Brick sets

All brick sets are made to order and  CANNOT be canceled or refunded once we have ordered the pieces for the set. However, if you cancel your order before we have ordered the pieces you will receive a FULL REFUND.

In the event there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide receipt of purchase and pictures and we will gladly issue you a replacement set FREE of charge. Examples include:

• The set arrives damaged or not at all

• The set is missing significant parts

• The incorrect set was received​

   Refunds on Custom Brick set requests

​There is a 100 dollar cancellation fee for cancelling custom designed brick set requests once significant portions of the design have been completed.
