RETURN & REFUND POLICIES
📄 DIGITAL INSTRUCTIONS
Because digital building instructions are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded. If an instruction file is corrupted, incomplete, contains a significant error, or cannot be accessed, please contact DrippyBricks within 7 days of purchase. We will work to correct the issue and provide an updated or replacement file when appropriate. If we are unable to resolve a legitimate issue with the purchased files, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
📦 PHYSICAL SETS
DrippyBricks physical sets are prepared and sourced to order. Orders may be canceled for a full refund before parts have been ordered or fulfillment has begun. Once parts have been ordered specifically to fulfill your set, the order can no longer be canceled or returned simply because you changed your mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is missing required pieces, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and, when applicable, photos of the issue. DrippyBricks will work with you to resolve verified fulfillment problems by providing the appropriate replacement parts, replacement components, or other suitable resolution at no additional cost.
🛠 REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS FOR CUSTOM SET DESIGNS
Custom set design projects require a $200 initial design retainer before work begins. The retainer is applied toward the total design cost and covers the first four hours of work at our standard rate of $50 per hour.
If a customer cancels after design work has begun, completed design time will be deducted from the retainer at the standard hourly rate. Any unused portion of the retainer will be refunded. Once four hours of work have been completed, the initial retainer is considered fully earned. Physical parts and materials are handled separately. Parts will not be ordered until the customer has approved the completed design and associated parts cost. Once approved parts have been purchased specifically for the project, those material costs are non-refundable. If DrippyBricks is unable to complete a project for reasons within our control, customers will not be charged for work that was not performed and any applicable unused payments will be refunded.
Example: If a project is canceled after two hours of design work, $100 will be applied toward the completed work and the remaining $100 of the retainer will be refunded. For questions or cancellation requests regarding an active custom project, please contact DrippyBricks as soon as possible HERE.
🧱 MISSING OR INCORRECT PIECES
Something wrong with your order? We'll work to make it right!
If your physical set arrives with missing pieces, incorrect pieces, significant damage, or another fulfillment problem, contact DrippyBricks within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when applicable. Verified missing or incorrect pieces will be replaced at no additional cost. Please note that minor differences in brick color, finish, or appearance that do not materially affect the construction or function of the model are not considered defects.
🚚 SHIPPING ISSUES
Once an order has shipped, delivery times may be affected by the shipping carrier and circumstances outside of DrippyBricks' control. If your tracking information shows an unusual delay, loss, or delivery problem, please contact us and we will assist you in determining the appropriate next steps. DrippyBricks is not responsible for delays caused solely by the shipping carrier, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
ℹ️ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
DrippyBricks cannot provide refunds or replacements for damage caused by improper assembly, customer modifications, misuse, or normal wear. Minor variations in the color, finish, or appearance of compatible brick elements may occur and are not considered defects when they do not materially affect the model's construction or functionality. Please contact us if you're unsure whether an issue with your order qualifies for replacement or refund. We're happy to review the situation.
