DRIPPYBRICKS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last Updated: September 4, 2026

Welcome to DrippyBricks. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DrippyBricks.com (the "Site") and your purchase or use of products, digital content, custom design services, instruction-design services, build testing services, educational content, coaching, courses, tutorials, masterclasses, and other services offered by DrippyBricks ("DrippyBricks," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Site, placing an order, purchasing digital content, submitting a custom request, booking a service, enrolling in educational content, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our products or services.

1. Products and Services

DrippyBricks may offer products and services including, but not limited to:

  • Physical brick-building sets and models

  • Digital building instructions

  • Custom brick-model design services

  • Instruction-design and instruction-engineering services

  • Build testing and play-testing services

  • Design consultation and coaching

  • BrickLink Studio tutorials and educational materials

  • Courses, workshops, and masterclasses

  • Other digital products, creative services, and educational services

Specific pricing, deliverables, estimated completion times, requirements, and other terms may be provided on the applicable product or service page, quotation, invoice, proposal, or written agreement.

If terms provided for a specific project or service conflict with these general Terms, the terms specifically agreed upon for that project will control with respect to that project.

2. Physical Brick Sets

Unless expressly stated otherwise, DrippyBricks physical sets are custom-designed building sets produced and sold by DrippyBricks.

DrippyBricks products may contain compatible building bricks manufactured by third-party suppliers and are not necessarily manufactured using official LEGO® elements.

Product photographs, digital renders, illustrations, and promotional images are intended to accurately represent the product but may differ slightly from the final physical product due to manufacturing availability, supplier changes, color variation, packaging, design revisions, or other reasonable production considerations.

We may substitute a part with a substantially equivalent compatible part when reasonably necessary, provided the substitution does not materially alter the intended appearance or function of the model.

Piece counts and dimensions are approximate unless otherwise stated.

3. LEGO® and Third-Party Trademarks

DrippyBricks is an independent business and is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by the LEGO Group.

LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group.

References to LEGO®, BrickLink®, BrickLink Studio, or other third-party products, platforms, trademarks, or services are made solely for identification, compatibility, descriptive, or educational purposes where applicable.

All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Orders and Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraud

  • Supplier or inventory problems

  • Technical errors

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Product discontinuation

  • Inability to reasonably fulfill a custom request

If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, amounts paid for the canceled portion of the order will be refunded unless another arrangement is agreed upon.

5. Production and Shipping

Some DrippyBricks physical products may be produced, sourced, assembled, quality checked, or packaged after an order is placed.

Any production, processing, or delivery time displayed on the Site is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

Supplier delays, carrier delays, weather, customs, inventory shortages, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect fulfillment times.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Our separate Shipping Policy contains additional information concerning fulfillment, shipping, delivery, lost packages, and related matters and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Digital Building Instructions

Digital building instructions are licensed, not sold, to the purchaser for personal use unless DrippyBricks expressly grants additional rights in writing.

Purchasing digital instructions does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, instructions, artwork, images, files, branding, or other intellectual property.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, purchasers may not:

  • Resell or redistribute instruction files

  • Upload the files to file-sharing services

  • Share purchased files publicly or privately with others

  • Reproduce the files for commercial distribution

  • Sell copies of the instructions

  • Claim the design or instructions as their own

  • Remove or alter copyright or ownership notices

  • Use DrippyBricks instruction files to create competing instruction products

Customers may build the model represented by instructions they legitimately purchased for their own personal use.

Any commercial use requires prior written permission from DrippyBricks.

7. Custom Set Design Services

DrippyBricks may accept commissions to design custom brick-built models based on a customer's specifications.

Acceptance of a custom project is at our discretion and may depend on complexity, feasibility, schedule, subject matter, budget, and other project requirements.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, custom design work requires a $200 deposit before work begins.

The deposit reserves project time and allows design work to begin.

If the customer cancels the project after work has started, DrippyBricks may deduct the reasonable value of work already performed and other agreed or nonrecoverable project expenses from the deposit. Any remaining refundable portion of the deposit will be handled according to the Custom Set Design Refund Policy.

If the value of work performed and applicable nonrecoverable costs equals or exceeds the deposit at the time of cancellation, the deposit may be fully retained.

Additional payment terms, revision limits, deliverables, deadlines, and project requirements may be established in the customer's quotation or project agreement.

8. Custom Design Estimates

Quotes and estimates for custom projects are based on the information available when the estimate is prepared.

Brick-built designs can require changes during development because of structural stability, part availability, geometry, color availability, connection strength, transformation mechanisms, or other technical considerations.

Accordingly, initial estimates concerning piece count, part cost, dimensions, design time, or completion date may change as the project develops.

We will communicate material changes when reasonably practicable.

Additional work requested by the customer outside the original agreed scope may result in additional charges.

9. Customer-Provided Reference Material

Customers requesting custom design work are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to provide and use any photographs, artwork, models, logos, characters, plans, files, or other reference materials submitted to DrippyBricks.

Submission of reference material does not transfer ownership of that material to DrippyBricks.

The customer represents that our authorized use of the submitted materials for the requested service will not knowingly violate another party's rights.

DrippyBricks reserves the right to decline requests involving material we reasonably believe may create legal, safety, technical, or other concerns.

10. Ownership of Custom Designs

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, DrippyBricks retains ownership of its original design work, building techniques, instruction layouts, digital files, templates, processes, and other intellectual property created in connection with a custom project.

Payment for a custom design does not automatically constitute an assignment of copyright or other intellectual-property rights.

The customer's permitted use of the finished design will be determined by the applicable service description, quotation, invoice, or written project agreement.

Exclusive ownership, commercial rights, confidentiality, or transfer of intellectual-property rights must be expressly agreed to in writing and may require additional fees.

11. Instruction Design Services

DrippyBricks may provide professional instruction-design services for customer-provided or commissioned brick models.

The customer is responsible for having the necessary rights to any model or design supplied to DrippyBricks for instruction creation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our instruction-design service does not transfer ownership of DrippyBricks' general instruction-development methods, templates, workflows, formatting systems, or other pre-existing intellectual property.

Project-specific ownership, confidentiality, commercial-use rights, source-file delivery, revision limits, and licensing arrangements may be established separately in the applicable project agreement or quotation.

12. Build Testing and Play-Testing Services

DrippyBricks may provide build testing, play-testing, design evaluation, structural review, instruction testing, or similar services.

Testing represents our professional assessment based on the particular model, files, components, instructions, and conditions provided or available during testing.

Testing does not constitute a guarantee that a model is completely free from errors, defects, weak connections, missing pieces, manufacturing variations, safety issues, or other problems.

Unless specifically included in the agreed scope, build testing does not constitute engineering certification, regulatory certification, product-safety certification, or approval by any governmental or independent testing authority.

Customers remain responsible for determining whether a design is suitable for their intended commercial or consumer use.

13. Coaching, Tutorials, Courses, and Masterclasses

DrippyBricks may offer educational services concerning brick-model design, BrickLink Studio, instruction creation, digital modeling, building techniques, creative workflows, business practices, or related topics.

Educational content is provided for informational and educational purposes.

Purchasing coaching, tutorials, courses, or masterclasses does not guarantee any particular business, employment, financial, sales, social-media, design, or other result.

Individual results depend on numerous factors including the participant's experience, effort, skill, resources, market conditions, and implementation.

Educational materials may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, distributed, resold, republished, uploaded, or used to create competing educational products without written authorization.

Access is intended solely for the individual purchaser unless a business, group, or other license is expressly provided.

14. Educational Platform Changes

Third-party software and platforms discussed in our educational content may change after the material is created.

Features, interfaces, tools, prices, policies, and functionality offered by BrickLink Studio or other third-party platforms may therefore differ from what appears in previously created educational material.

We may update educational content when appropriate but do not guarantee that every tutorial or course will remain continuously updated following third-party platform changes.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, original content appearing on DrippyBricks.com—including original models, product concepts, original characters, product-line concepts, photographs, renders, videos, graphics, text, instruction layouts, educational content, logos, branding, and other original materials—is owned by or licensed to DrippyBricks and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants permission to reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publish, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative commercial materials from DrippyBricks intellectual property.

16. Original DrippyBricks Product Lines

Original DrippyBricks product lines, including original product names, characters, fictional concepts, model designs, visual identities, and associated materials, are proprietary creative works of DrippyBricks to the extent protected by applicable law.

Purchase of a physical product does not grant rights to commercially reproduce the design, manufacture copies for sale, distribute corresponding digital model files or instructions, or represent the design as the purchaser's original work.

17. Portfolio and Promotional Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing before a project begins, DrippyBricks may photograph, render, describe, or display work created by DrippyBricks as part of its portfolio, website, social media, advertisements, or other promotional materials after the work has been publicly released or delivered.

Projects subject to a separately agreed confidentiality or non-disclosure obligation will be handled according to that agreement.

Customers requiring confidential or white-label work should request those terms before work begins.

18. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Refund eligibility varies depending on whether the purchase involves a physical product, digital product, custom service, or other service.

The DrippyBricks Refund Policy and any service-specific cancellation terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Customers should review the applicable refund or cancellation terms before purchasing.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.

19. Pricing

Prices may change at any time before an order or service is purchased.

A price change will not retroactively alter the agreed price of a completed purchase unless the parties agree otherwise.

Custom projects and professional services may be priced hourly, at a fixed project rate, through a deposit plus balance structure, or through another arrangement specified in the applicable quotation.

Any third-party costs, physical parts, shipping, specialized services, or other expenses not included in a service price may be charged separately when disclosed and agreed upon.

20. Errors and Inaccuracies

We attempt to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, pricing, availability information, images, and other Site content.

However, typographical, technical, pricing, inventory, or other errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update information.

If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact the customer to resolve the issue or cancel and refund the affected purchase where appropriate.

21. Product Safety

Brick-building products may contain small parts and components that can present choking hazards.

Products should be used in accordance with applicable age recommendations and with appropriate adult supervision where necessary.

DrippyBricks models are intended as building and display products unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers should inspect products before use and discontinue use of damaged components where appropriate.

22. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site or our educational materials may reference third-party websites, software, suppliers, marketplaces, tools, or services.

DrippyBricks does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their availability, content, policies, pricing, performance, security, or actions.

Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

23. User Conduct

You may not use the Site or our services to:

  • Violate applicable law

  • Infringe intellectual-property rights

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its systems

  • Introduce malicious software or interfere with Site operation

  • Fraudulently obtain products, services, refunds, or digital content

  • Scrape, copy, or systematically reproduce proprietary Site content for commercial purposes

  • Misrepresent your identity or authority to act for another party

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect DrippyBricks, our customers, or third parties.

24. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site, educational content, digital products, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except for warranties expressly provided by DrippyBricks.

We do not warrant that the Site will always operate uninterrupted or error-free or that every digital file, design, instruction, or educational resource will be completely free of errors.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DrippyBricks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Site, products, digital content, or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DrippyBricks' aggregate liability arising from a particular product or service will not exceed the amount paid to DrippyBricks for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

26. Force Majeure

DrippyBricks will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, supplier failures, widespread shortages, labor disruptions, governmental actions, internet or platform outages, or similar events.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays affecting customer orders.

27. Changes to Products and Services

We may modify, discontinue, replace, or update products, services, educational offerings, Site features, or product lines at any time.

Such changes do not alter rights or obligations already established for completed purchases except where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.

28. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our business, products, services, or applicable requirements.

The current version and its "Last Updated" date will be posted on this page.

Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

29. Governing Law

These Terms and disputes relating to DrippyBricks products or services will be governed by the laws of the state in which DrippyBricks is legally established and operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

30. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with applicable product or service descriptions, quotations, invoices, the Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other expressly incorporated written agreements, constitute the agreement between the customer and DrippyBricks regarding the applicable transaction.

32. Contact
